 #4 Disconnect the top- action and the only things are left is the piano keys and key-frame. |  #5 You looking at the top-action with mechanical pars: hammer-shank with hammer-heads and whippen-lever assembly etc. |  #6 Replacing old for new "hammer-shank assembly" and glue on drilled piano-hammer samples. |
 #7 The hammer-shanks are ready to glue all the rest of the new hammer heads on. |  #8 All the piano-hammers are glued on. |  #9 Next step cut hammer-shanks,tapering and tailing.( For this work I need to unscrew all the shank assembly again.) |
 #10 You looking at: set-off screws,button,felt punchings and the jack mechanical part. |  #11 Remove all the set-off: fett punchings,wood button and screws. |  #12 Piano action/mechanism turned upside-down to work on whipped-heel cloth. |
