This is a collection of piano restringing scale sheets for grand and upright pianos. It specifies which gauge of piano wire should be used for each instrument.
The collection includes scale sheets for many different company brand and models. Each sheet has been carefully catalogued, with:
All individual sections, breaks or transition markers clearly identified
Old and new tuning pin diameters, lengths, and colours recorded
Felt colours noted
Screw types identified (slotted, Phillips head, etc.), marked where necessary
Detailed restringing instructions, including whether the strings are:
